- He is a program and operations leader with over 23 years of experience in project management, program oversight, and organizational leadership across federal, public sector, and consulting environments. He has led complex initiatives, managed cross functional teams, and supported senior leaders in driving strategic priorities and operational performance.
- Reynaldo has extensive experience managing projects that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and organizations. His background includes process improvement, data analysis, and supporting decision making in areas such as emergency management, business continuity, risk management, and strategic communication.
- In the private sector, Reynaldo has supported U.S. Government programs, leading projects and developing executive level reports and briefings for senior leaders.
- His professional certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) from GID and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
