Victoria Celestin, PMP Program Ambassador
- Victoria Celestin is a senior program management professional, Air Force veteran, educator, and doctoral candidate with more than 15 years of experience leading complex programs, organizational change initiatives, and cross-functional teams across the aerospace, defense, education, and consulting sectors.
- She currently serves as a Senior Program Manager supporting international defense programs at Raytheon, where she leads cost, schedule, technical execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for multi-year defense programs involving domestic and international partners. Throughout her career, Victoria has successfully managed large-scale initiatives involving program recovery, process improvement, earned value management systems (EVMS), organizational transformation, and strategic planning.
- Victoria is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB), and Raytheon Program Management Level 4 professional. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Global, where her research focuses on equitable access to advanced mathematics pathways and STEM education opportunities.
- As an Ambassador for Get It Done Consulting, Victoria is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, helping professionals achieve project management certification goals, and translating complex organizational challenges into practical solutions. Her leadership philosophy centers on service, continuous improvement, lifelong learning, and empowering others to achieve meaningful professional growth.
- Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Delaware. She is committed to supporting veterans, advancing educational equity, and developing the next generation of transformational leaders.
