- Chrystal R. Gittens is a payroll and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in payroll tax accounting, enterprise operations, compliance, project management, human resources, and process improvement across both small businesses and Fortune 500 organizations, including RTX, Bank of America, and Paychex.
- She currently supports enterprise operations at RTX, contributing to large-scale payroll and business processes while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Chrystal is a 2024 graduate of Get it Done Consulting’s PMP Certification Exam Prep Course. Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from PayrollOrg, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) from Get it Done Consulting, LLC.
- She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pensacola Christian College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science at the University of Phoenix. Chrystal is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and helping others grow in their careers and leadership journeys.
